Job Purpose:

• Responsible for the effective management of information technology services of Oakridge Realty Development Corporation especially in the Marketing Department.
• Responsible for the handling of IT-related marketing concerns such as but not limited to the following
  
  • Social Media Platforms
  • Website Development/Website Optimization
  • App Development
  • Digital catalogue and API/payment system gateway integration
  • Zoom webinar hosting and familiar with OBS
  • Basic troubleshooting

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by executing, and supporting IT initiatives;
• Recommends information technology policies, and procedures by evaluating IT organization capabilities, and anticipate end-user requirements;
• Protect IT assets by implementing back-up procedures and information security and control structures;
• Conceptualized projects
• Coordinate with partners and supplier
• Manage projects and ensure they are completed within budget and on time
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the department and the company.
• Maintain Inventory of IT equipment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Comtech graduate / IT graduate
• Broad understanding of hardware and software systems, OS and computer programming
• 2 years of experience in a similar field (Digital Marketing)
• Basic knowledge of video and picture editing software
• Attention to detail
• Full understanding of all social media platforms

The CCTV Operator is responsible for safeguarding the public, protecting property, and ensuring the security of data. He/she will be handling responsibilities ranging from operating and monitoring banks of screens, reporting incidents as evidence, and potentially contacting the police and emergency services, if and when required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operates, maintains, and knows how to do basic troubleshooting of video surveillance equipment
• Properly stores footage according to company needs
• Observes keenly computer monitors for any unusual, suspicious, or questionable activities in the property
• Reports incidents to appropriate authorities at the appropriate time. For serious situations, reports to the authorities’ plate numbers, clothing, tattoos, or any other identifying features
• Processes digital viewing requests from the authorities and issue evidence packs for evidential purposes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's in Criminology or any related course
• Must be exceedingly observant
• Must be able to divide attention in order to monitor multiple occurrences taking place in one setting
• Must have a thorough understanding of CCTV system and its equipment

Includes monitoring the health of all plants, watering and feeding plants, trimming trees and shrubs, fertilizing and mowing lawns, weeding gardens and keeping green spaces and walkways clear of debris and litter.

The Banquet Driver is responsible for driving the company van and assisting during events and functions. He must be someone the whole team could count on that would assist them with their needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Role:

1. Ensures the safety and timely pick up of guests and bringing them to their destination
2. Ensures that the van is kept clean at all times
3. Ensures that the van is checked on a daily basis for any damages that would need repairing
4. Coordinates with the banquet staff and events fulfillment staff for any deliverables that would need the service of the Banquet Driver
5. Operates in a safe and efficient way to be able to meet demands and give deliverables on time

Secondary Role:

1. Gives complete support and cooperation to the whole banquet staff during the whole preparation, execution, and cleanup of an event in a prompt, caring, and helpful manner
2. Helps in the loading and unloading of equipment needed for events and functions
3. Provides excellent customer service when helping out during events and function

This role is one of the most important employees of any service business. She accommodates clients/guests by greeting, performing guest’s transactions, answering the telephone, operating necessary office equipment, etc. to ensure high-quality guest relations. Must have technical/administrative knowledge, should have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills and should be able to maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times. This position may seem simple however the job of a cashier goes far beyond that of ringing products up and giving out a receipt.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transmits and receives telephone messages and sets up monitoring of member’s flight details.
• Answers inquiries pertaining to club services, registration of guests, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Provides and ensures high-quality guest relations. Receives and resolves member’s/guests complaints in a manner consistent with company policy. Makes Manager on Duty aware of any guest complaints.
• Greet a customer in a friendly manner and acknowledge each customer individually. Cashiers are often the only representative of a company that a customer has direct interaction with making their position a reflection of the company as a whole.
• Is responsible for maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner as well as being responsible for supervising the housekeeping department and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.
• Accurately process sales in order to obtain a total purchase amount. Accuracy is important not only to make sure that the transaction is fair but also because it is important that the customer feels that they can trust the company they are dealing with.
• Accept the payment forms that are accepted by the company and offered by the customer. Payments may not always be in cash often they are by credit card, gift cards, store credits, food stamps and other methods.
• Give proper change as needed. Counting back change is a simple process however it may be surprising to note how many cashiers don't know how to properly count back change.
• Assist customers by addressing their questions and providing questions about products and services.
• Preferably with knowledge on operating the POS system.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

Performs any combination of duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.

• Weigh or measure ingredients (e.g., flour, salt, sugar, oil).
• Refill kitchen condiment bottles and shakers.
• Stack and store food supplies, equipment, or other utensils in the kitchen.
• Wipe down kitchen surfaces using proper sanitizers.
• Clean any used kitchenware (e.g., knives) or dishes.
• Mop or sweep the kitchen floor, and collecting dirt and debris in a dustpan.
• Empty out the dustpan in the garbage or squeeze out the mop into a bucket.
• Take out trash bags from kitchen.

The Service Staff will be responsible for welcoming guests enthusiastically, taking orders and serving food to customers. Duties will range from setting the table, being attentive to customer’s needs, up to making sure that guests leave with a great dining experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Takes food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude
• Must know how to properly set tables for incoming guests and customers
• Prepares food billing for customers after dining, and collects payments accordingly
• Ensures the tables and dining area are maintained clean at all times
• Coordinates with the kitchen staff for orders, follow-ups, and take-outs
• Preferably with a background in bartending
